These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements. The Client’s acceptance of a quotation or payment of a deposit fee constitutes agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any payment for services constitutes a complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.
