The terms and provisions set forth hereof, constitutes the entire agreement between You (‘Client’), as identified on the Quotation hereof, and 7 UX Design Studio (‘Company’). No change, modification, or other amendment with regard to this agreement shall be binding upon 7 UX Design Studio unless made in writing and signed by an authorized officer of Company. The terms and provisions of this agreement shall govern and control the terms of any quotation, purchase order or confirmation provided to or by the Client. Any additional or different terms in the Clients’s purchase order or confirmation will not be binding on 7 UX Design Studio unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Company. Client acknowledges that 7 UX Design Studio has not authorized any of its sales agents or representatives to make any representations, warranties or agreements on behalf of, or to bind the Company in any way.

It is not necessary for any Client to have signed an acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to apply. Upon acceptance of a quote the Client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these terms and conditions in full. Any purchase or use of our services implies that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
